Working Principle & 3-Step Cleaning Process
1.Hydrodynamic Washing & Floating Separation
Raw sesame seeds enter the washing chamber where water turbulence separates light impurities, hollow seeds, and surface dust.
2.Gravity Destoning & Sediment Discharge
Utilizing specific gravity differences between sesame seeds and heavier stones/sand, stones sink to the lower destoning cone for discharge, while clean sesame seeds float forward onto the spiral elevator.
3.Continuous Centrifugal Dewatering
The clean sesame seeds are conveyed into the high-speed vertical spin-dryer, expelling excess surface water quickly for direct entry into roasting or packaging.
