The industrial jacketed kettle consists of two layers. The inner pot is typically made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure food safety and corrosion resistance. The outer pot encloses the inner pot, forming a jacketed space for the introduction of heat transfer media such as steam or heat transfer oil.
Advantages of a jacketed kettle:
1. Highly efficient and even heating, preventing localized overheating or scorching, especially suitable for sauces, fillings, soups, and other materials requiring gentle heating, ensuring consistent product quality.
2. Indirect heating eliminates the risk of open flame, reducing the risk of fire and burns, and preventing overpressure and overheating.
3. Flexible heating methods, compatible with steam, electricity, gas, and electromagnetic heating, meeting the energy supply requirements of different scenarios.
4. Multiple style options. Tilting designs facilitate unloading and cleaning. Stirring designs are suitable for materials requiring uniform mixing.
5. The inner pot is mostly made of 304/316 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, odorless, and meets food-grade hygiene standards.
